Wellness housekeepr/Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our Pharomatiq Wellness team as a

Wellness Housekeeping Attendant. The Wellness Housekeeping Attendant is crucial in creating a welcoming

and organized environment for spa guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills,

attention to detail, and a passion for ensuring a positive and relaxing experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

● Perform regular cleaning and upkeep of treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and other spa facilities.

● Ensure all spa areas are stocked with necessary supplies, including linens, towels, and toiletries.

● Clean and sanitize all surfaces, equipment, and fixtures following health and safety standards.

● Empty trash bins and replace liners regularly.

● Monitor and replenish amenities in guest areas, such as water, snacks, and reading materials.

● Collaborate with spa staff to coordinate cleaning schedules and prioritize areas that require immediate

attention.

● Inspect and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in the spa facilities.

● Assist in laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.

● Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the spa.

● Follow established protocols for handling and disposing of used linens and cleaning supplies

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent

● Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting

● Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and sanitation standards

● Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads and stand for extended periods

● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks

● Basic communication skills in English
