The Wellness Therapist is responsible for delivering a wide range of therapeutic treatments and wellness services designed to enhance the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of guests clients. This role involves tailoring treatments to individual needs, maintaining a calm and professional environment, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience that aligns with the organization’s wellness philosophy
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES_______________________________________
- Conduct consultations with clients to determine their specific needs and preferences.
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other therapeutic services, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Customize treatments based on individual client requirements and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of treatment rooms and spa areas.
- Educate clients on the benefits of spa treatments and recommend appropriate products or follow-up treatments.
- Keep accurate records of guests' histories and treatment plans.
- Stay informed about new techniques, products, and industry trends.
- Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards following spa policies and regulations
- Collaborate with other spa team members to create a harmonious and positive work environment.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
- Communication: Collaborate with the spa reception and other staff to ensure smooth operations. Relay client requests and preferences to the appropriate team members.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues or complaints with professionalism and a focus on client satisfaction. Escalate unresolved issues to the Spa Manager as needed.
- Performs other related duties assigned by the superior.
SPECIFICATIONS________________________________________________
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role.
- Certification or licensure in massage therapy or aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of various massage techniques, skincare treatments, and body therapies.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of spa products and their appropriate applications.
- High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform spa treatments throughout the day.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Employee reports to the Wellness Manager or in their absence to the Wellness supervisor.
Work uniform is provided by the Company.
The working week is 40 hours, organized into 6 days per week during the seasonal months .
Employee will be provided with all the necessary means of work and with access to all the hotel systems that are necessary to perform their work efficiently.
