For the upcoming season, we are looking for Housekeeping attendants!
Presenting menus and explaining daily specials
Taking accurate food and drink orders using the POS system
Providing menu recommendations and answering questions about ingredients or allergies
Preparing and maintaining tables, including linens, silverware, and glasses
Serving food and drinks while ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness
Clearing tables and handling bill payments
Communicating orders and special requests to kitchen staff
Following health and safety regulations
Delivering friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Skilled in taking and managing orders accurately and efficiently
Experienced with POS systems for order entry, payments, and account management
Familiar with proper table setting and service techniques
Knowledgeable about food safety, hygiene standards, and best practices
Experienced in wines, cocktails, and beverages to assist guests with selections
An effective communicator with guests and colleagues
Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure
Guest-oriented, always seeking to provide excellent service and enhance guest experience
A proactive problem-solver, able to handle unexpected situations efficiently
A team player who collaborates across departments to deliver top service
Willing and eager to learn, mentor others, and continuously improve skills
