JOB PURPOSE_________________________________________________________


As the Villa Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetic upkeep of rooms, public areas, back areas, and the surroundings on a day-to-day basis. You will provide a memorable experience with an impeccably clean environment and have a prompt response to all requests made by the HOD or guest.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_______________________________


  • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned villas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchen, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained. 
  • Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a pristine appearance. 
  • Change linens and make beds to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. 
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks. 
  • Restock and replenish amenities, toiletries, and supplies in the villas. 
  • Ensure all appliances, fixtures, and equipment are in proper working condition. 
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department. 
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally. 
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests. 
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. 

Qualifications


SPECIFICATIONS_____________________________________


  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably with a luxury property or high-end hospitality environment
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Mandatory knowledge of the English language

JOB CHARACTERISTICS_________________________________


  • Work will be performed in different annexes of the resort. 
  • Independence of work is required at a high level; being capable of resolving problems or similar situations to the satisfaction of guests while protecting the values, standards, and rules of the company. 
  • The working schedule will be mainly done by the Villa Manager according to the necessary work; the supervisor will assist when possible. 
  • The working week will be 40 hours during the season; in case of overtime hours, they will be reallocated in the next week's days off or calculated for payout in cases of no possibility of reallocating. 
  • During low occupancy, the employee will have 2 days off; in case of high occupancy or situations that request that the employee be on-site, the day off will be reallocated to the next week or the next possible day. 
  • The employee reports and justifies all actions and duties to the Villa Manager; in case that is not possible, the HK Villa attendant responds to the General Manager
