For the upcoming season, we are looking for Stewards
What you’ll be doing in this role:
- Operate dishwashing machines and maintain a hygienic kitchen environment
- Assist chefs and servers as needed
- Handle waste disposal and follow recycling guidelines
- Clean and sanitize dishes
- Support light food preparation under supervision
- Manage cleaning supplies and kitchen chemicals
- Perform general cleaning tasks
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Skilled in dishwashing and cleaning
- Knowledgeable about food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
- Able to manage inventory and maintain kitchen equipment
- Experienced in handling cleaning chemicals safely
- Detail-oriented and organized
- A good problem-solver with strong time management skills
- A team player who collaborates well with others
- Safety-conscious and proactive in preventing hazards
