We are looking for Landscape Supervisor to join out team.
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Supervising and supporting the gardening team, ensuring daily tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Planning and organising daily work schedules and monitoring team performance.
- Training, mentoring, and onboarding new team members.
- Overseeing the maintenance of gardens and landscaped areas, including planting, pruning, mowing, watering, and pest control.
- Monitoring plant health and ensuring the safe use and maintenance of gardening equipment.
- Assisting with landscaping projects, budgeting, and purchasing of plants and materials.
- Working closely with other departments to maintain the resort's outdoor areas.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are followed at all times.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in gardening, landscaping, or a similar supervisory role.
- Confident leading, motivating, and developing a team.
- Knowledgeable about plants, landscaping, and garden maintenance.
- Able to operate gardening equipment safely.
- Fluent in English and comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- A strong communicator with good problem-solving skills.
- In possession of a valid driver's licence.
- Flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering high standards.
