IT Technician Specialist

We are looking for an IT Technician Specialist!

Join our team as an IT Technician Specialist and be a key person in maintaining and improving our technological infrastructure. If you are proactive, meticulous, and passionate about IT, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Your Responsibilities:

• Proactive equipment monitoring
• IPTV system management
• Preparation, configuration, documentation, and handover of equipment to employees
• Providing support to colleagues and hotel guests
• Maintenance and management of the video surveillance system
• Testing and documenting passive equipment
• Testing the validity and anomalies of hotel IT equipment
• Replacing cables and equipment
• Performing administrative tasks as directed by the IT Manager

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Advanced knowledge of IT, hardware, networks, and protocols
• Experience working with fiber optics
• High level of meticulousness
• Willingness to work on-site and perform physical activities
