We are looking for In-house Architect to join our team!
What you’ll be doing in this role:
- Leading and supporting the architectural development of luxury hospitality projects
- Creating conceptual, preliminary, and detailed architectural designs aligned with 5* hospitality standards and brand vision
- Coordinating with external architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project phases
- Managing and reviewing project documentation to ensure consistency, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and construction progress from concept to completion
- Conducting site visits and overseeing execution to ensure alignment with approved designs and technical specifications
- Resolving technical and design-related issues during construction and implementation phases
- Supporting permitting procedures, technical inspections, and project handovers
- Applying sustainable and energy-efficient design principles in line with industry best practices
- Collaborating closely with Development, Operations, and Investor teams to align design solutions with business objectives
- Contributing to renovation, upgrade, and optimization projects
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A graduate in Architecture with a strong interest in hospitality design
- Experienced in similar projects
- Proficient in design software
- Strong in understanding construction processes and regulatory frameworks
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Creative, with strong operational awareness and a business-oriented mindset
