As a Hotel Security Supervisor, you play a crucial role in upholding the security standards that

JOB PURPOSE_________________________________________________________
The Hotel Security Supervisor oversees the security operations and ensures the safety and
well-being of guests, employees, and Company property.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES_________________________________
- Supervise and lead the security team, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular security checks in all areas of the property, including villas, the SPA
building, and walking areas.
- Monitor and address any unauthorized activities or individuals on Company premises.
- Collaborate with local authorities when necessary, ensuring a prompt response to
security concerns.
- Ensure the proper functioning of security equipment and systems.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement security measures in line with the
hotel standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions on safety protocols and emergency procedures for
security staff.
- Execute other duties as assigned by superiors.
SPECIFICATIONS/SKILLS__________________________________
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset
- Availability for early, late, and night shifts
- Valid driving license
JOB CHARACTERISTICS/MEANS OF WORK__________________
- Direct reporting to the Technical Director
- A standard 32-hour workweek, with reallocated overtime hours during peak times
- Utilizing basic security equipment and tools
- Emphasis on maintaining a secure and luxury environment in line with global
boutique hotel standards
