JOB PURPOSE_________________________________________________________
The Hotel Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the hotel
premises, guests, and employees.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_________________________________
- Conduct regular patrols and security checks in designated areas of the property.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities promptly.
- Respond to and address security incidents or emergencies.
- Assist guests and employees with security-related concerns.
- Collaborate with the Hotel Security Supervisor to implement security measures.
- Ensure the proper functioning of security equipment.
- Report any security vulnerabilities or breaches to superiors.
- Provide support during training sessions on safety protocols and emergency
procedures.
- Execute other duties as assigned by superiors.
SPECIFICATIONS/SKILLS__________________________________
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in early, late, and night shifts
- Familiarity with basic security equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills
