Demi chef de partie in charge of staff canteen duties and responsibilities:

  • What You'll Do:

    • Prepare and cook daily meals for our team, ensuring they’re tasty and nutritious.
    • Keep the canteen kitchen clean and organized.
    • Help with menu planning and ordering supplies.
    • Work with the kitchen team to keep things running smoothly.
    • Maintain food safety standards.
    • Recycle whatever possible and enforce cost-saving measures to staff.
    • Participates in inventory and purchasing procedures under the direct supervision of the supervisor.
    • Performs other assigned duties. 
  • What We're Looking For:

    • Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef.
    • Good cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation.
    • Ability to work well in a team.
    • Organized and efficient.
    • Knowledge of food hygiene.
    • A good work ethic.
